Orders located in The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. International orders are shipped with PostNL as well.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can trace your order.

EU 1 (BE/DK/DE/FR/LU/AT/UK/SE/ES)

POSTNL: €13.- / 4-7 working days

EU 2 (AL/BY/BG/HR/CZ/EE/FI/GR/HU/IE/LV/LT/PL/PT/RO/SRB/SK/SI/CH/UA)

POSTNL: €18,50 / 4-11 working days

 

Rest of the world

POSTNL: €30.- / 5-14 working days

Shipping to PostNL point

If you are shopping from The Netherlands or Belgium, you can choose for shipping to a PostNL point near you.
Click on the PostNL point option at the checkout screen and we will make sure that we ship your order to the nearest point so that you can pick it up whenever you are able to.

Free Shipping

All European orders above 75,- receive free shipping.

Returns process

You have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods.
This excludes custom sneakers/goods & made to order items they cannot be returned.
If you wish to make a return on other products, please follow these steps:

  • Send an E-mail to info@waywardcustoms.com to receive the returns form and return address.
  • Fill in the complete return form and add it to your parcel.
  • Send the package back to us. The costs are on you, unless discussed otherwise.
  • The package has to be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Once we have received the goods, you will receive an email.
  • From this email on, if your return is approved, it can take up to 10 working days before receiving your refund.
  • If for some reason your return is not approved by our team (item damaged, incomplete, passed the return deadline, ignoring the return steps, etc.), we will contact you.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs and customs tax/duties.
  • If you refuse the package, return shipping will be for the cost of the customer.
  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, box etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
