Terms & Conditions

By submitting your order and approving these terms & conditions, the customer enters a binding agreement.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
1.3 WayWard Customs reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time.
The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days.
When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.

2 Payment

2.1 The payment types we offer:
Creditcard (VISA & Mastercard)
Dutch Bank account (iDeal)

2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details.
2.3 For any question about your order, feel free to contact us at: info@waywardcustoms.com. We will reply you within 2/3 businessdays.

3 Shipping

3.1 We will be using PostNL/Fedex/DPD as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.
When we dispatch your order you’ll a receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
3.2 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU).

4 Delivery status

4.1 As soon as your package(s) is at the sorting centre of our shipping partner you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

5 Product quality & defective products

5.1 Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors.
WayWard Customs cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

6 WayWard Customs return & refund policy

6.1 Return of Items
Custom sneakers/goods & made to order items cannot be returned.
Non-custom Sneakers & accessories can be returned only when in original state and unused within 14 days after purchase.
6.2 All sales are final on final sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments.
After receiving your merchandise you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned unused.
The refund or return must be requested and received back by us within 14 days after receiving your merchandise.
The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels etc. without having been tampered with.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it.
Also please return the package together with a dispatch/tracking number, so we will be able to trace it.
The product must be complete with both the original sales receipt.
WayWard Customs is not responsible for return-shipping costs. For international orders we will refund full price minus shipping costs.
6.3 Return Policy Requirements
The refund or return must be requested and received back by us within 14 days (after receiving your merchandise/goods being signed for)
WayWard Customs will in consultation with the customer decide if the good will be taken back.
We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging to accompany the item-including belts, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags- must be returned in its original condition.
We do not accept shoes that are returned without a box, marked soles, in a damaged box or with missing items (such as extra laces, hangtags, dustbags)
6.3 Unauthorised Returns
Unauthorised returns will be refused and will be automatically sent back to the customer.
Unclaimed packages will be treated as an unauthorized return.
6.4 Am I responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, you will be charged for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation.
This is because of the fact that you are responsible of the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.

7 How to make an Exchange / Exchange Policy

7.1 If you would like to exchange a product, please e-mail us at info@waywardcustoms.com for a return form.
Fill in the form including the desired product for exchange. If the exchange is not available we will send you an email with other suggestions or to refund the amount.
The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it.
All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange.
The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.

8 Discount Codes

8.1 Discount codes will be valid for a period of 3 months and can be used for a full or part payment of your order at WayWard Customs.
Discount codes aren’t personal and the 3 month period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained or from the date an item has been returned.
These discount codes aren’t exchangeable for cash.
* After you use the discount code to purchase something from the webshop it expires.
The remaining amount will expire also, so we advise to use the total amount by shopping a little bit more.

9 Use of content / press

9.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of WayWard Customs including logos, photographs, and videos belong to WayWard Customs or parties we work with.
9.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content that is on our website, like photographs from the webshop, the blog or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.
